Belle Vista's number one priority is finding our puppies their forever, happy homes. With this, we promise a lifetime of support and commitment to these puppies. When a puppy goes to its new home, it is with the intention that it will be there for a lifetime. However, circumstances sometimes arise and forever families needs to find their puppy a new home after their 20 day Happiness Warranty expires. To ensure we don't contribute to the number of dogs in shelters/rescues Belle Vista offers a re-homing program so our puppies never get surrendered to an animal shelter. When purchasing a puppy, we make sure new owners understand and agree that if they cannot keep their puppy/dog, they are to contact Belle Vista so we can help find them a new home.

Belle Vista prefers for you to keep the dog/puppy while we help you find it’s next home. This allows you to work with the new owner and discuss a rehoming fee. Belle Vista does not charge for this service and we do not take any of the rehoming fee. We benefit from this service because we believe it’s important that we support and commit to these puppies for their lifetime. It keeps the dog/puppy from having to be bounced around multiple times and it also poses less of a health risk to our other dogs & puppies if we don't have to quarantine and bring in a new dog. Depending on circumstances, Belle Vista may even be willing to transfer the health warranty to the new home. Regardless, we are always available for the life of the dog and want to know where our puppies live out their lives.

At our discretion if there is an emergency and the dog/puppy cannot be kept in your house you can surrender the dog/puppy to Belle Vista and we can find their new home. Unfortunately you won’t receive a re-homing fee or any refunds with this option.
